CDS (Custom Decision System)

Customs Decisions - Customs decisions represent a specialized computer system for managing and analyzing data related to customs procedures, used by customs authorities to make decisions regarding the import and export of goods. This system facilitates the flow of goods across borders and contributes to the efficient enforcement of customs rules and regulations.

Statistics Portal

The Statistical Portal Information System of the Customs Service can be broadly defined as a set of automated data that allow customs officials, as well as officials from other institutions with which the Customs Service has a cooperation agreement, to access a set of reports based on data stored in the ASYCUDA World system in detailed customs declarations, as well as other customs documents stored in the integrated system (TIR documents, T1, TIR, TV14, TV26, goods nomenclature, economic agents nomenclature, etc.).

Complaints

Complaints are an information system dedicated to registering and managing complaints from individuals or legal entities who have been subjected to any type of misconduct by customs officials, such as corruption, improper influence, or integrity incidents. This system facilitates the monitoring and prompt resolution of reported issues, thereby contributing to improving the quality of services and the relationship with the Customs Service.

Tariff Quotas

Tariff quotas represent an information system used in international trade for managing and monitoring the quantities of goods that can be imported or exported within a certain period, in accordance with trade agreements and imposed tariffs. This system ensures compliance with the limits established by customs authorities and contributes to the effective implementation of a country's or trading bloc's trade policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights information system manages and protects legal rights to innovations, artistic creations, and intellectual properties, such as patents, copyrights, and trademarks. This system facilitates the registration, monitoring, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance with laws and protecting the interests of rights holders.
